Since its inception Golden Chain Mobile Home Park has
continued to upgrade with the times. We rent one hundred
forty-two mobile home lots to clients over 55.

This makes our park safe for daily walks and outdoor
activities. To cater to the needs of those living in the
Park, benches have been set up in multiple well shaded
locations.

One of the latest features is the Golden Chain community-run project called the Old Geezers' Garden.

There are ample areas to walk your dog, but sometimes your companion needs more exercise. The enclosed dog park gives your pooch plenty of space to run and play safely.

For social events such as bingo, pot lucks, etc., take a stroll to the clubhouse. Located in the center of the Park for everyone's benefit, it contains a full kitchen, television, board games, fireplace, pool table, bathrooms, plenty of seating, books and DVD library. The space is available to reserve for personal events. There is no charge to residents.

Golden Chain's roads are very wide to assure room for occupants to drive. This unique feature also allows quick and easy access for any emergency services.
