Although the staff maintains the Golden Chain Park property, renters are required to care for their own space. Rules are in place and enforced to keep our park majestic, serene and safe.
The grounds are maintained by gardeners.
Golden Chain Club House is open daily at no cost.
Water, sewer, and garbage are included in the rent.
Metered gas and electric are available at every lot.
Auburn provides local community transportation at the request of the tenants.
Our lots are set up for quick and easy connections.
